This document provides detailed the updated version of the guidelines for the submission of mass spectrometry derived proteomics data to the ProteomXchange consortium databases PRIDE ( for tandem MS/MS data) and PASSEL/PeptideAtlas (for Selected Reaction Monitoring data).
