ProteomeXchange accepts both MS/MS proteomics submission and SRM submission . 

 

MS/MS Proteomics Submission

The ProteomeXchange submission tool assists you with the submission. You can run the tool using one of the following options:

Launch the tool directly

Download the tool to desktop

Bulk Submission

If your dataset contains a large set of files, for example: more than 200 files, you may want to consider Bulk Submission.

 

SRM Submission

SRM dataset can be submitted to  PASSEL .
